THE LIFT

703 West Housatonic St, Pittsfield MA

A tender & subversive dance-theatre work about love, desire, and escalation with 6 actors, a tiny piano, a saw & an upright base. It was staged on 3 floors of a warehouse building using an industrial elevator, with a 20-person audience at a time.  The Lift  featured a collaboratively devised script, original film montage, and a some Burlesque thrown in for good measure.
